| We?d stabilize at around 2,000 Talent Scouts |

| What if people I?ve referred are not hired for that particular job opening, but their experience might be relevant for a different job opening that exists on the Chahiye network. Would Chahiye automatically forward their resume to the client for this different opening and would I get rewarded for it ? |

| No. We would not engage on the new job opening for your existing referrals. You?d need to refer the same person to this new opening |

| How many job openings can I refer the same person to? |

| Up to 5 at any given point of time |

| How many different people can I refer to any single job opening? |
| |
| A maximum of 5 per vacancy (if there is a job which has 5 requirements of the same profile, then you?d be able to refer 25 friends in all). |

| How soon will I know of the status of my referrals ? |
| |
| We?d give you the first round of feedback (duplicate referral, irrelevant referral etc) after having a discussion with that person with 48 working hours. If we decide to engage on your referred person with our clients, we?d be able to provide feedback based on how the case progresses at the client end. |

| What?s different between Chahiye.info and another real estate portal or job portal? |
| |
| A lot. Chahiye.info is not a portal. We do not list jobs or apartments available for rent. We believe that in the Indian context, it?s very important to have someone manage the customer need in the offline world once the customer tells us about their need on our website. We are your single point of contact during your apartment hunt or your job search.

| How does this work? |

- If you live in a rented apartment and are about to move out, register your apartment at www.chahiye.info (at the Register Apartment page) along with the contact details of the apartment owner
- Chahiye will contact the apartment owner and lease / rent out the apartment to the next tenant.
- We would give 30% of the brokerage fees that we receive from this new tenant to you for having helped us.
- All this would enable you to earn anything between Rs 2,500 - Rs 50,000 (based on the apartment rent) for 5 minutes of your time.
- Do refer your friends to this in which case, we'd give both you and your friend 15% of the brokerage fees that we receive

| Why should I register? |

- If you are a Landlord: You pay 0% brokerage fees when we lease / rent out your apartment
- If you are a tenant (who is about to move out): We will give you 30% of the brokerage fees we receive from the new tenant as the referral reward for helping us out.
In case 1, we'd give 20% of our brokerage fees to Prayas and in case 2, we'd give 10% of our brokerage fees to Prayas. Read details of the Prayas initiative to know more

| |
| Please let us know of the apartment details as soon as you are sure of the move. The more time we have, the better we'd be able to match the new tenant. |

| What are the advantages of referring friends to this? |
| |
| If you refer friends to register their apartments, both you and the friend would get 15% of the brokerage fees we receive from the new tenants. |

| How do I refer friends? |
| |
| By filling in the form at www.chahiye.info or by emailing us with the friend's name, mobile no and email address at apartments@chahiye.info. |

| I am an apartment owner. Can I still avail this incentive? |
| |
| Apartment owners can register their apartments. We would lease / rent them out with 0 % brokerage fees. However, as an apartment owner you would not receive 30 % of the fees for notifying us. |

| Currently, we are offering this in NCR (Gurgaon, Delhi & Noida). We'll soon be expanding to Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata & more. We will notify you once that happens. |

| How will I know that the apartment has been rented out? |
| |
| We will notify you by mail, sms or phone when we broker out the apartment. You would be free to check with the apartment owner. |

| Will I receive 30% of the monthly rent that I give or the monthly rent that the new tenant gives? |

| You would receive 30% of the brokerage fees that we receive from the new tenant. In most cases, this would 1 month's rent but there are situations in which we have discounted offers running. In this case, you'd get 30% of the discounted brokerage fees that we receive from the tenant. |

| If I tell you about my apartment owner and the apartment details, will you talk directly to the apartment owner about someone who is willing to pay higher rent? |
| |
| Never. Your referral will be treated in absolute confidence. We'd never talk to the apartment owner before you have consented to that conversation. |

| What details of the apartment will I need to give? |
| |
| The address, the type and size of the apartment. All of these fields are there on the page at Chahiye and will not take you more than 5 minutes to fill. We would be delighted if you sent us photos or video clips of the apartment but that is not mandatory. |

| Can I buy or sell my apartment through Chahiye.info? |
| |
| No, currently you can only rent apartments or lease out your apartment. When we launch apartment buying and selling, we will let you know. |
